A1 Equipment Ltd have made every effort to ensure that the depictions on this website reflect the quality of the products and are correct as photographic processes allow. Products offered for sale may differ from those described or illustrated on this web site due to later production changes in specifications, components or place of manufacture by ourselves or our suppliers.

We therefore reserve the right in the interest of continual improvement in our product range and availability of merchandise and components to withdraw or modify products without prior notice. You are advised to consult us on any particular points before purchasing.

Returns must be booked in.

Faulty goods.

A1 equipment must be notified in writing .

Faulty goods must be sent back to A1 equipment in original packing

Any goods found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase will be eligible for either a full refund or exchange

Goods will either be replaced or fixed on any faulty goods within the warranty period ( warranty period varies for different machines)

Our price promise .

We benchmark our prices all the time to make sure we are providing value for money solutions for all our customers. So our commitment to you is this: within 7 days of purchasing a machine from us, if you find the same make and model of machine advertised in the media or in a brochure at a lower price and available for immediate UK delivery, we will refund the difference.

<b>Our 14-day exchange plan</b>

As all our machines offer excellent opportunities for profit and fund-raising, sometimes our customers find that they need to upgrade very quickly to a larger machine with greater capacity. If you consider, within 14 days of purchasing a machine from us, that you really need a larger model, then as long as the original machine has not been damaged in any way, you may exchange it and get 100% credit for your original purchase towards the price of the larger model

If you find the same machine (make and model) that you have purchased from us advertised in the press or in a brochure cheaper within 7 days of purchase and it is available for immediate delivery in the UK we will refund the difference.

All prices are subject to current rate of V.A.T. Errors and omissions accepted.
